Commercial Counsel (APAC)

Key Responsibilities

• Draft and review commercial contracts including SaaS agreements and NDAs
• Negotiate terms with customers and partners to close deals efficiently
• Provide legal guidance on data privacy and regulatory compliance matters
• Collaborate with sales and product teams on go-to-market strategies
• Maintain contract templates and playbooks to support scaling operations

Requirements

• Qualified to practice law in Singapore or another common law jurisdiction
• Experience drafting and negotiating commercial and technology contracts
• Familiarity with SaaS business models and data protection regulations
• Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-growing tech environment
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
