Requirements
- Expertise in Cloud Architecture design (AWS, Azure, GCP, or Huawei) with at least one platform at Architect level
- Experience in enterprise-scale infrastructure design including Cloud Landing Zones and Multi-Account/Multi-Subscription structures
- Knowledge of Secure Network Architecture (VPC, Firewall, Transit Gateway, Zero Trust)
- Experience in IAM Architecture and Key Management
- Background in High Availability (HA), Disaster Recovery (DR), and Data Protection
- Experience in Application Modernization (Microservices, API-first, Container Orchestration)

Job Purpose Responsible for designing and planning the organization's cloud architecture, defining standards, and cloud governance frameworks. The Cloud Architect plays a vital role in establishing and driving the Cloud Center of Excellence (CCoE) to create standards, best practices, and enhance cloud capabilities across the organization. Job Expectations Manage and define security protocols for cloud environments. Coordinate and collaborate with various technology teams to ensure cloud solutions align with business needs. Develop standardized Enterprise Cloud Architecture to support IT Modernization strategies. Prepare documentation regarding architectural design, configurations, and best practices. Control organizational cloud costs through cost-efficient design. Functional Competency (Skills, Knowledge, and Qualifications) Core Technical Skills Expertise in Cloud Architecture design (AWS, Azure, GCP, or Huawei) with at least one platform at the Architect level. Enterprise-scale infrastructure design , including: Cloud Landing Zones, Multi-Account/Multi-Subscription structures. Secure Network Architecture (VPC, Firewall, Transit Gateway, Zero Trust). IAM Architecture and Key Management. High Availability (HA), Disaster Recovery (DR), and Data Protection. Experience in Application Modernization (Microservices, API-first, Container Orchestration). Fundamental understanding of Data Architecture to support Data Modernization. Expertise in Cloud Governance : Policies, Standards, Tagging, Resource Models, and Workload Classification. Security Architecture : IAM, encryption, vulnerability management, logging, and monitoring. Experience in establishing or operating a Cloud Center of Excellence (CCoE) is a plus. Knowledge of Compliance Frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, and PDPA. Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in Cloud Architecture. Holding a Cloud Solution Architect Certificate will be highly considered. Key Responsibilities 1. Cloud Architecture Design Design Enterprise Cloud Architecture covering Network, Security, Compute, Storage, and Integration. Develop Architecture Blueprints, Reference Architectures, and reusable patterns. 2. Cloud Governance & Compliance Develop a Cloud Governance Framework encompassing IAM, Tagging, CI/CD, FinOps, and Compliance. Coordinate with Cloud Operations to ensure architecture is implemented correctly. 3. Cloud Center of Excellence (CCoE) Setup & Leadership Act as a driver for the CCoE. Define the scope, operating model, processes, and governance of the CCoE. Build internal cloud capabilities through training and playbooks. 4. Cloud Migration/Modernization Analyze and design modernization strategies (Rehost, Replatform, Refactor, Replace). Work with Application and Data teams to define target architecture. Support the creation of Landing Zones and migration foundations.
