Norfolk, Virginia (United States) We're seeking motivated and personable individuals to join our remote team as Client Benefits Representatives. In this position, you'll connect with individuals and families who are looking for information about benefit programs available to them. Your role is to provide a professional and helpful experience by understanding each client's needs, reviewing available options, answering questions, and helping them navigate the next steps. All client interactions are completed virtually, allowing you to work from home while receiving ongoing training, mentorship, and team support. No previous industry experience is required. We provide the training and resources needed to become confident in the role. What You'll Be Doing As a Client Benefits Representative, your responsibilities will include: Connecting with clients who have requested information about available benefit programs Scheduling and managing virtual client appointments Meeting with individuals and families by phone or video Learning about each client's priorities and coverage needs Explaining benefit options in a clear and easy-to-understand way Answering questions and providing accurate information Guiding clients through the application and enrollment process Maintaining organized client records and appointment details Following up with clients when additional assistance is needed Providing continued support after initial appointments Participating in virtual training, coaching, and team meetings Working toward individual and team performance goals What We're Looking For We're looking for individuals who are dependable, professional, and comfortable communicating with people. You may be a strong fit if you have: Strong verbal and written communication skills A friendly and professional approach to client interactions Good organization and time-management skills Confidence using computers and virtual meeting platforms The ability to stay productive while working independently A willingness to learn and follow an established process A coachable attitude and openness to feedback Strong follow-through and attention to detail A goal-oriented mindset An interest in professional and career development Experience in customer service, client relations, hospitality, retail, administration, or other people-focused positions can be beneficial, but is not required. Training & Development You'll receive structured training designed to introduce you to the client process, available benefit programs, virtual systems, and day-to-day responsibilities of the position. Ongoing coaching and mentorship are also provided to help you continue developing your communication, client-service, and leadership skills.
