As a Channel Partner Manager for South Asia at Asana, you will work side-by-side with partners in front of customers to help them tell the Asana story compellingly. You will combine commercial instincts with relationship-building skills to drive partner-led sales growth across the region. This role focuses on enabling partners to successfully position and sell Asana solutions in South Asia markets.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with channel partners to develop and execute joint go-to-market strategies
- Support partners in customer-facing engagements to effectively communicate Asana's value proposition
- Identify and pursue new partner opportunities across South Asia countries
- Enable partners through training and resources to successfully sell Asana solutions
- Track and report on partner performance and pipeline contribution
- Align with internal teams to ensure partner success and customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Experience in channel partner management or account executive roles
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong partner relationships
- Strong commercial acumen and sales-driven mindset
- Experience working in or with South Asia markets
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams
