We're looking for a Channel Manager to help drive profitable growth across key retail accounts and channels. In this role, you'll turn consumer, category, and customer insights into actionable strategies that improve sales, distribution, assortment, and profitability. Partnering closely with Sales, Product Development, Finance, and Operations, you'll play a key role in bringing new products to market and helping shape how our brands win at retail. The Opportunity This is a highly visible, cross-functional role for someone who enjoys combining strategy, analytics, and execution. You'll influence critical decisions around assortment, pricing, promotions, commercialization, and customer planning while working with some of our most important retail partners. How You'll Make an Impact Drive sales and profit growth across assigned retail channels and customer accounts. Develop data-driven recommendations for assortment, pricing, promotions, and commercialization strategies. Support new product launches and customer programs from planning through execution. Analyze POS, customer, and market data to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities. Build compelling business reviews, line reviews, and customer presentations. Partner cross-functionally to align business objectives and execute against growth initiatives. What You'll Bring 3-5 years of experience in Channel Marketing, Trade Marketing, Category Management, Sales Operations, Commercial Planning, or a related function. Experience in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) or a retail-focused environment. Experience working with syndicated data (Circana, IRI) and customer POS data. Strong Excel, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Ability to influence cross-functional teams and communicate insights effectively. A proactive, business-minded approach with a bias for action. Location & Work Arrangement Rancho Cucamonga, CA Work Arrangement: Hybrid (Tuesday-Thursday in office; Monday and Friday remote) Pay and Benefits US$80,000.00 - US$90,000.00 Annually Final compensation offered will be determined based on a number of job-related factors, including the candidate's skills, experience, and qualifications.
