Key Responsibilities
- Verify payment requests and match bank account details against vendor master in D365
- Schedule and process payments via bank transfer, giro, or check based on due dates
- Monitor bank balances and create journal entries to transfer funds between accounts
- Disburse and receive cash funds, posting journal entries same-day for accuracy
- Conduct periodic cash audits to ensure petty cash system balance matches physical count
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in cash management or similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- Strong understanding of cash management principles and banking procedures
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills
