Capture Manager -Europe

Develop capture strategies to win defense contracts in global markets

As a Capture Manager at Top Aces, you will develop and execute capture strategies to win defense contracts, particularly in the European market. You will work closely with business development and technical teams to shape pursuit plans, assess customer needs, and position the company’s adversary air and JTAC training services. This role supports the company’s mission to deliver safe, accredited training solutions for military readiness worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

Develop capture plans targeting defense opportunities in Europe
Coordinate with technical teams to align solutions with customer requirements
Assess competitor positioning and shape pre-RFP engagements
Support proposal development with win themes and discriminators
Maintain opportunity data in CRM systems and track pursuit metrics
Engage with stakeholders to gather intelligence and refine value propositions

Requirements

Experience in defense contracting or aerospace business development
Knowledge of European defense procurement processes
Skills in capture planning and opportunity management
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including technical and leadership
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
Familiarity with CRM systems for opportunity tracking
