Business System Analyst - Surabaya Placement
Develop functional specification documents for IT development projects
Analyze business requirements and design improvements to connect business needs with IT solutions. Develop and maintain Functional Specification Documents (FSDs) for IT projects, conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and create test cases for new applications. Design solutions to improve application efficiency and conduct training sessions to support user adoption of new features and processes.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Functional Specification Documents (FSDs) for IT development projects
- Collaborate with the Business Process Team to align processes with system enhancements
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate new features and system improvements
- Create and execute test cases for new applications and system enhancements
- Design and recommend solutions that improve application efficiency and effectiveness
- Conduct training sessions to support user adoption of new features and processes
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong background as a Business Analyst or in a similar role within IT or business process improvement
- Extensive understanding of system development life cycle (SDLC) and UAT methodologies
- Ability to create clear and comprehensive FSDs, test cases, and training documentation
- Familiarity with project management tools or methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall)
