Develop and maintain BPM framework for ship repair and fleet operations
The Business Process Manager will develop and maintain BPM framework, standards, and policies across MWK, MSM, and MCT divisions. This includes conducting end-to-end process mapping, documentation, and re-engineering for ship repair, fleet maintenance, and crew management operations. The role involves leading process improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen to reduce turnaround time and enhance service quality.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain BPM framework, standards, and policies across MWK, MSM, and MCT divisions
- Conduct end-to-end process mapping, documentation, and re-engineering for ship repair, fleet maintenance, and crew operations
- Lead process improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen methodologies
- Oversee BPM-related projects from inception to completion, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met
- Integrate digital solutions such as ERP, workflow automation, and RPA to support operational efficiency
- Establish KPIs and dashboards to monitor workshop efficiency, vessel uptime, and crew readiness
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial/Mechanical/Marine Engineering, Maritime Operations, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in business process management, operational excellence, or transformation roles
- Exposure to at least two of the following: MWK, MSM, or MCT operational areas
- Knowledge of regulatory standards including ISM, SOLAS, MARPOL, STCW, MLC 2006, and ISO requirements
- Experience with digital solutions such as ERP, workflow automation, or RPA implementation
