Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare detailed responses for complex RFEs, NOIDs, and PERM audit responses

Requirements

  • 2–3+ years of direct business immigration paralegal experience
  • Hands-on experience with H-1B, L-1, TN, O-1, and E-3 filings
  • Experience with PERM, I-140, and I-485 case support
  • Ability to independently manage a high-volume caseload
  • Strong legal drafting skills for support letters and RFE/NOID responses
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills

You will work independently, handling a high-volume caseload and ensuring seamless, professional service to clients and stakeholders.
