Business Development Representative (Mandarin)
Generate leads from marketing campaigns through cold calls and emails
Prospect and generate leads from marketing campaigns for sales opportunities by contacting potential prospects through cold calls and emails. Collate and maintain client information using the company's prospecting strategy, criteria, and templates. Collaborate with the BD Lead and Sales Managers to schedule meetings with prospects upon receiving responses.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads from marketing campaigns for sales opportunities
- Contact potential prospects through cold calls and emails
- Collate and maintain client information using prospecting strategy and templates
- Identify key points of contact within prospective companies
- Schedule meetings with prospects upon receiving responses in collaboration with BD Lead and Sales Managers
Requirements
- 2+ years of BDR experience in BPO contact center and managed outsource services industry
- Proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing Mandarin
- Fundamental understanding of the sales process including marketing, prospecting, cold calling, and sales cycle
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Computer literacy with standard Office applications
- Strong discovery skills, solution selling ability, and objection handling skills
