Key Responsibilities
- Search for and interview potential candidates for Igloo's agency system
- Coach and train personnel on the knowledge and skills required by each position in the agency system
- Implement activities to promote agents' activities and increase the number of contracts and revenue
- Support, motivate, and supervise the agent system
- Build and develop a working culture for staff and agents in the assigned area
- Coordinate with other departments to promote business efficiency according to provincial or regional characteristics
Requirements
- Male or female aged 28 to 35 years old
- Young, dynamic, eager to learn, and decisive in implementing work
- Good-looking appearance, standard voice, good communication and presentation skills
- Skilled in attracting, recruiting, and training personnel
- Know how to set goals and motivate and encourage subordinates to accomplish their goals
- At least 03 years' experience in managing large-scale system-based business activities
