Key Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and close deals with distribution partners and insurance companies
- Manage new economy and legacy distribution channels for product distribution
- Manage internal stakeholders including product, compliance, and legal teams for seamless partner onboarding
- Drive consistent increases in MRR and NDR from existing customers
- Provide country intelligence on consumption trends to shape local product portfolio
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Business Management or equivalent
- Minimum 7 years of experience in the agency business
- Experience in general insurance is advantageous
- Good communication skills
- Strong client networking abilities
