Key Responsibilities
- Identify market opportunities and execute strategies to generate new leads and business partners
- Recruit new insurance agents, sales agencies, and corporate accounts to meet recruitment targets
- Conduct training sessions on sales process, products, and apps to onboard and equip new partners
- Run regular sales campaigns and reactivation efforts to increase partner activity and renewals
- Submit timely and accurate sales reports and analyze statistics to recommend performance improvements
Requirements
- Experience in business development or sales within insurance or financial services
- Proven ability to meet and exceed revenue and recruitment targets
- Skills in conducting training and enabling partner onboarding
- Experience managing agent or agency distribution channels
- Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
