Business Development Intern
Support fundraising and donor engagement for a global violence prevention nonprofit
The Business Development Intern will assist the Development Team with fundraising, donor engagement, partnerships, and grants. This role supports NO MORE’s mission to end domestic and sexual violence by increasing awareness and driving culture change. Tasks include researching prospects, preparing proposals, and maintaining donor records to strengthen prevention and response efforts worldwide.

Key Responsibilities
- Research potential donors and funding opportunities to support fundraising initiatives
- Assist in preparing grant proposals and partnership outreach materials
- Maintain and update donor databases and engagement records
- Support coordination of donor communications and stewardship activities
- Help track partnership deliverables and reporting requirements
- Contribute to campaign planning for awareness and prevention programs
Requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to conduct research and synthesize information
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
- Interest in nonprofit work, social impact, or human rights causes
- Capacity to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team
