Business Analyst

This is a remote position. Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to analyze business processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and provide data-driven insights that support strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to understand business needs, define requirements, and help deliver effective solutions. Key Responsibilities - Analyze business processes, workflows, and performance data to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities. - Gather, document, and validate business and functional requirements from stakeholders. - Work with cross-functional teams to develop practical solutions that meet business objectives. - Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations. - Monitor project progress and support the implementation of business improvements. - Identify process inefficiencies and recommend solutions to improve productivity, quality, and cost-effectiveness. - Collaborate with project managers, technical teams, and business stakeholders throughout the solution lifecycle. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, Economics, or a related field. - Proven experience in business analysis, process improvement, data analysis, or a related role. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Experience gathering and documenting business requirements. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with different stakeholders. Preferred Skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis or reporting tools. - Experience with SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar business intelligence tools. - Knowledge of business process modelling and improvement methodologies. - Familiarity with Agile or other project management methodologies. - Strong attention to detail and ability to translate complex information into clear recommendations.
