Business Analyst (Automation / AI)

Identify automation and AI opportunities to improve business processes

Collaborate with teams to understand current processes and identify opportunities for automation and AI improvements. Define and evaluate use cases, translate business needs into clear requirements, and support the design, testing, and rollout of solutions. Work with Product, Operations, and Technology teams to ensure solutions align with business goals and are practical and easy to use.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 2–4 years of experience in a Business Analyst or similar role
  • Exposure to automation, workflow improvement, or AI-related projects
  • Experience with technical concepts such as APIs, data structures, and system integrations
  • Familiarity with AI or automation tools
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills, with experience working with Agile teams

We are looking for an Automation / AI Business Analyst who enjoys solving problems and working with both business and technical teams. You will help identify opportunities to improve processes using automation and AI solutions. You will partner with Product, Operations, and Technology teams to understand needs, document requirements, and support the delivery of practical, easy-to-use solutions. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong analytical skills, curiosity about AI, and a collaborative mindset who wants to make a meaningful impact. You will report to the Director Service Management.
