Working within the community and giving back. Job Description Our team is growing, and we are actively looking to hire a Bilingual Instructional Designer to join our Learning & Development team. Reporting to the Manager, Learning & Development, the Instructional Designer is responsible for consulting with the business to analyze learning and performance needs, and for designing, developing, and supporting the implementation of targeted, engaging learning solutions using adult learning principles and instructional design best practices. This role works collaboratively with Business Stakeholders, Project Teams, and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) in both English and French to build learning solutions that support performance, capability development, and business outcomes across our internal client groups.
