Build scalable AWS microservices, craft best in class front-ends, grow alongside a strong engineering team, and help data centers run stronger — together. At Aquiva you'll work with one of our long-term customer MCIM. MCIM is how critical facility operators make every data center stronger. With a purpose-built platform and real-time analytics, MCIM eliminates silos, removes blind spots, and ensures operators never go it alone in managing mission-critical infrastructure. Required Qualifications • 2–4 years of experience in software engineering, with exposure to AWS-based applications. • Experience developing microservices or backend services using Python, Node.js, Go, or Java. • Proficiency with React, Next.js, and TypeScript, along with front-end build tools such as Webpack, Storybook, or SingleSPA. • Working knowledge of core AWS cloud services across compute, storage, and networking. • Understanding of secure software development and OWASP principles. • Experience writing and maintaining automated tests (unit and integration; end-to-end a plus). • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and modern development workflows. Preferred Qualifications • Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, or EKS). • Knowledge of RESTful API design and GraphQL. • Experience improving application performance and scalability in multi-tenant environments. • AWS certifications such as Solutions Architect or Developer – Associate. Soft Skills • Clear communication and strong teamwork abilities. • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills. • A passion for clean, maintainable, and well-tested code. • A growth mindset and enthusiasm for continuous learning.
