This job might be for you if you’ve got… 5+ years of QA development experience, with real examples of automated testing strategies you’ve built, maintained, improved, or scaled. 2+ years of leadership, mentorship, or coaching experience. You don’t need a giant ego or a fancy title. But you do need to know how to guide other QA developers, review their work, support their growth, and raise the technical standard of the team. A strong command of JavaScript and TypeScript. You don’t need to speak in code at dinner parties, (in fact, please don’t), but you should be very comfortable writing, reviewing, and improving automated tests in a modern JS/TS environment. Hands-on experience with automated testing frameworks like Cypress, Playwright, or similar tools.
