Develop automation solutions to optimize Amazon's global logistics operations.
Design, implement, and maintain automation systems for robotics and material handling equipment (MHE) to enhance efficiency and reliability across Amazon's global fulfillment network. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for automation, reduce operational downtime, and improve overall equipment effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities
- Analyze existing processes and identify opportunities for automation to improve operational efficiency.
- Design, develop, and implement automation solutions for robotics and MHE using industry-standard programming languages and tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, technicians, and operations managers, to ensure successful deployment and inte
- Monitor and maintain automation systems to ensure optimal performance, troubleshooting and resolving issues as they arise.
- Develop and document technical specifications, procedures, and training materials for automation systems.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve automation capabilities.
Requirements
- Proven experience in automation engineering, preferably within logistics, manufacturing, or a related field.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, or Java.
- Strong understanding of robotics, material handling equipment (MHE), and automation technologies.
- Experience with control systems, sensors, and actuators.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
