Conduct in-store retail audits to ensure data accuracy and integrity
Perform field-based data collection and retail audits in stores, recruit and maintain panel stores, and distribute incentives. Build strong retailer relationships while supporting auditor hiring, training, and supervision. Ensure data quality by revisiting stores, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with MDQC, Data Ops, and Data Sci teams to uphold reporting integrity.

Requirements

- Willingness to travel and conduct fieldwork in varying conditions
- High integrity, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure

Explain and validate data movements store-by-store. Reinforce quality KPIs and resolve issues (coding errors, unclear manuals, category definitions). High school diploma or above; college degree preferred. 2+ years’ experience in data collection or retail environment. Strong communication skills in Bahasa Melayu and English required; Mandarin/Cantonese is an advantage due to interaction with local retailers. High integrity, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure. Proficiency with smartphones, gadgets, and collaboration tools (Google, MS Office, Skype, etc.). Willingness to travel, conduct fieldwork in varying conditions, and engage with shopkeepers. Problem-solving mindset, coaching ability, and professional maturity.
