Key Responsibilities
- Lead initiation and development of relationships with retail customers at a local level
- Set high standards of customer delivery and provide support, recognition, and feedback to partners

- Make business presentations with high analytical detail to various client departments

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Marketing or related field
- More than 6 years of experience in Consumer Goods companies, Retailers, market research consultants, marketing, commercial, or project manag
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
- Intermediate-level proficiency in Power BI (desirable)
- Intermediate to Advanced English proficiency (Advanced desirable)
- Proven project management skills (on time, within scope, with flexibility when needed)

As Associate Manager at Costumer Success you will lead the initiation and development of fruitful relationships with retailers customers (main manufacturers of mass consumption) at a local level guaranteeing commercial development, continuous communication and the creation of strategies aligned to the client's business vision.. Responsibilities You will set high standards of customer delivery, provide support, recognition and feedback to develop partners, and support a strong team environment focused on exceeding customers' internal and external requirements. You'll handle confidential conversations with clients, resolve conflicts, and harmonize processes internally. You will have to know the client, understand their needs and their business to propose strategies with a comprehensive vision of NielsenIQ solutions. You will support the creation of annual plans to define action plans with clients, identifying objectives, solutions to present and results to be obtained. You will make business presentations with a high level of analytical detail, to the different areas of the clients You will negotiate and secure the service model based on deliverables with your client portfolio. (More than 6 years) Microsoft Advanced Packaging (PowerPoint, Excel and Word) Power Bi (Desirable intermediate level). English (Intermediate-Advanced / Advanced desirable).
