About This Position We seek an Associate Advisory Consultant who is professional, resourceful, and responsible for managing day-to-day advisory activities, including planning, client meetings, fieldwork, and report writing. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting major with minimum GPA 3.00 out of 4.00. A Master's degree or overseas university education is an advantage. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Experience as an Internal Audit Intern is a plus. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, as well as internet and email applications. Job Description Conduct financial and industry research to support project analysis. Assist in analyzing financial statements, trends, and key metrics. Gather, review, and organize financial data from clients or external sources. Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and other deliverables. Perform fieldwork procedures, including testing internal controls and documenting findings. Contribute to the development and validation of financial models and valuations. Ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with relevant standards and methodologies. Collaborate with team members and provide timely updates on assigned tasks. Participate in client or target meetings and discussions under supervision. Manage project documentation and maintain clear, organized workpapers.
