Key Responsibilities
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and budget tracking
- Prepare and submit purchase orders, goods receipts, and invoices
- Monitor budgets and track expenditures with internal financial controls
- Arrange employee travel including flights, accommodations, and transportation
- Coordinate and schedule management calendars and meetings
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 3 years of experience as Assistant Division or Assistant Administration
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong English communication skills (TOEFL/IELTS/TOEIC preferred)
- Good attitude, self-learning drive, and teamwork ability
