Description Global Risk Solutions is on an ambitious journey known as Our Path to 2030. Through this we aim to fundamentally reshape how we operate, compete, and deliver value. This transformation spans the full breadth of GRS, from process reinvention and technology enablement to how we prioritize, govern, and execute our most critical work. At the center of that is the Value Capture team, GRS's source of truth for whether our transformational investments are translating into real, measurable results. We are building something new: a value realization capability that brings financial and operational rigor to every initiative across GRS, powered by data and analytics. This is an opportunity to help shape that capability and culture from the ground up. The Assistant Director, Advanced Analytics will play a pivotal role on this team, reporting to the Value Capture Lead, GRS. You will partner directly with business and technology leaders across segments and departments to understand initiative scope, quantify the impact of key bodies of work, and develop the metrics and KPIs that give leadership a clear line of sight into the value being generated. You will help assess and identify the early signals that show our commitments are working and surface the ones that suggest they aren't. Your analysis will directly inform where GRS invests, helping leaders make confident decisions about what to prioritize, what to accelerate, and what to course-correct to reach our ascribed goals. This is a role where analytics meets strategic influence, and where your ability to connect the numbers to the narrative will shape the trajectory of our 2030 ambition. You will be embedded in the work alongside initiative teams, operating in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment where the work is complex and the impact is GRS-wide. You will help ensure that transformation translates into durable, tangible value for GRS. We are looking for people who bring intellectual curiosity, a strong understanding of the business, an action-oriented mindset, and the confidence to challenge assumptions and hold stakeholders accountable to committed outcomes. If you want to be part of a team that is building a new capability and culture for how GRS measures and captures value, and you're energized by the idea of doing work that senior leaders rely on to make their biggest decisions, this is the opportunity for you. Key Responsibilities: Own value realization analysis for assigned initiatives across GRS, ensuring that financial, operational, and strategic benefits are clearly defined, baselined, and tracked from inception through delivery. Quantify the impact of key bodies of work by applying analytical techniques to translate value hypotheses into defensible, data-backed assessments that stand up to scrutiny Develop and refine key metrics, KPIs, and targets for transformation initiatives and core workstreams, ensuring each body of work has clear, measurable indicators tied to Our Path to 2030 objectives. Deliver actionable insight to leadership that informs prioritization decisions, surfacing what is working, what is at risk, and where resources and focus should shift to protect or accelerate value. Partner with business and technology leaders as part of broader working teams to understand initiative scope, validate value assumptions, and build shared alignment on how impact will be measured and realized. Build and maintain reporting that tracks plan versus actual performance at the initiative level, making trends, variances, and opportunities visible and actionable. Pressure-test business cases and assumptions with rigor and constructive challenge, holding stakeholders accountable to committed outcomes and flagging risks early. Contribute to the evolution of the value realization framework and measurement standards used across the Transformational Office, helping codify best practices as the capability matures.
