Area Sales Manager - Indonesia
Recruit and develop new insurance agents to meet performance targets
As an Area Sales Manager, you will recruit new agents according to set KPIs and develop both new and existing agents through training and mentorship. You will be accountable for achieving assigned KPIs including recruitment targets, sales targets, and agent productivity. You will also build positive relationships with agents, provide problem-solving assistance, and communicate regularly to keep them motivated and informed.

Key Responsibilities
- Recruit new agents in line with set Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Develop newly recruited and existing agents through training programs and mentorship
- Achieve assigned KPIs including recruitment and sales targets
- Build and maintain positive relationships with agents based on mutual respect
- Provide timely assistance to agents encountering problems or challenges
- Communicate regularly with agents about team goals, company updates, and sales strategies
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Business Management or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the agency business
- Experience in general insurance is advantageous
- Good communication skills with agents and the marketing team
- Strong networking in the agency business
