Lead analytics initiatives from scoping to delivery and build scalable dashboard templates
Key Responsibilities
- Design scalable and responsive Tableau CRM dashboards with complex bindings, filters, and multi-page flows
- Optimize queries (SQL, SOQL, SAQL) for performance on large datasets
- Create modular and reusable dataflows and recipes, applying parameterization
- Automate workflows using Python/R for data transformation, reporting, or model deployment
- Co-define KPIs with Product, Customer Experience, and Business teams
- Implement naming conventions, data lineage tracking, and consistency checks
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in analytics, data visualization, or related fields
- Hands-on experience working within the Salesforce ecosystem
- Practical experience with Salesforce as part of analytics work
- Understanding of Salesforce data model and business processes
- Experience optimizing queries (SQL, SOQL, SAQL) for performance
- Experience creating dataflows and recipes in Tableau CRM
