- Oversee Certinia Professional Services Automation for project management and financial tracking
- Leverage Marketing Cloud to design and execute campaigns that drive engagement and revenue goals
- Utilize Data Cloud to integrate and analyze data for actionable insights in revenue forecasting
Requirements
- Extensive experience in Salesforce ecosystem including Sales Cloud, CPQ, Certinia PSA, Marketing Cloud, Agentforce, and Data Cloud
- Expertise in DevOps, CI/CD practices, change management, and user adoption
- Passion for leveraging AI-driven tools and exceptional communication skills
- Consultative approach to designing, implementing, and optimizing Salesforce solutions
