Key Responsibilities

Lead discovery sessions to understand business objectives, success metrics, and constraints beyond feature requests
Translate client needs into clear, actionable requirements achievable through sprints and engineering milestones
Define and maintain product vision and roadmap rooted in business outcomes, prioritizing initiatives based on value, impact, risk, and effor
Own and prioritize the product backlog in an Agile environment, ensuring clarity, readiness, and alignment
Collaborate with engineering, QA, and UX to define acceptance criteria and facilitate refinement, planning, and demo sessions
Conduct acceptance testing and validate solutions against intended business outcomes using metrics and delivery insights

Requirements

Experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role driving value delivery
Strong client-facing skills with ability to build trust through clear recommendations
Proficiency in Agile environments and backlog management
Experience translating business needs into actionable requirements
Ability to partner with engineering, UX, and leadership teams
Experience defining product vision and roadmap based on business outcomes
