Key Responsibilities
- Design scalable and responsive Tableau CRM dashboards with complex bindings, filters, and multi-page flows
- Optimize queries (SQL, SOQL, SAQL) for performance on large datasets
- Create modular and reusable dataflows and recipes, applying parameterization
- Troubleshoot join mismatches, schema inconsistencies, and dataflow failures
- Automate workflows using Python/R for data transformation, reporting, or model deployment
- Develop deep understanding of MCIM’s product, user journey, and operational metrics
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in analytics, data visualization, or related fields
- Practical experience with Salesforce as part of analytics work
- Understanding of Salesforce platform, its data model, and business processes
- Hands-on experience working within the Salesforce ecosystem
- Experience with Tableau CRM (Salesforce CRM Analytics) and its ecosystem
