Lead AML/CFT compliance strategy for Adyen's APAC payments operations

- Experience designing and implementing compliance frameworks in payments or fintech
- Strong understanding of transaction monitoring, KYC, and sanctions screening processes
- Ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, legal, and product teams
- Experience reporting to senior stakeholders and regulatory bodies
