Manage APAC client accounts to drive cybercrime detection solutions

Key Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with APAC-based enterprise and government clients
- Identify client needs and match them to Netcraft's cybercrime detection services
- Coordinate with internal teams to deliver timely and effective security solutions
- Track and report on account performance and client satisfaction metrics
- Support client onboarding and ongoing service delivery for cyber protection tools
- Stay updated on evolving cyber threats to better advise clients in the APAC region
Requirements
- Experience in account management or client-facing roles
- Familiarity with cybersecurity concepts or threat landscape
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience working with enterprise or government clients
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills for managing multiple accounts
- Comfort operating in a remote, global team environment
