Key Responsibilities
- Define outcome-driven AI strategies that show how AI transforms business models and competitive advantage
- Design and lead end-to-end AI transformation roadmaps across pilots, scale-up, and institutionalization
- Own the definition, measurement, and governance of AI-enabled value realization to track tangible outcomes
- Guide transformation of the enterprise operating model to embed AI into daily execution and decision rights
- Align executive leaders and stakeholders around a shared AI transformation vision and secure sponsorship
- Establish and steward enterprise-level AI governance including responsible AI principles and risk posture
Requirements
- Experience in defining AI transformation strategies for enterprise customers
- Ability to design and lead end-to-end AI transformation roadmaps
- Skills in measuring and governing AI-enabled value realization and business outcomes
- Experience guiding enterprise operating model transformation to embed AI into daily execution
- Ability to align executive leaders and stakeholders around AI vision and secure funding
- Experience establishing enterprise-level AI governance including responsible AI principles
