Admin Support Officer
Provide administrative support to streamline global logistics operations at a leading transport company.
Support the day-to-day operations of Toll Group's global logistics division by managing schedules, coordinating communications, and maintaining records. Ensure smooth workflow and efficient customer service in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and arrange travel for team members.

Requirements

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM or ERP systems.
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a remote setting.
