As an Accountant, you will ensure accurate and timely financial reporting for the Hawk Group, enabling informed decisions and sustainable growth. You will be responsible for bookkeeping, accounts receivable and payable, and financial reporting.

Together, we will ensure Hawk's financial strength and operational excellence, contributing to a safer world.   Your Responsibilities - Bookkeeping for the Hawk Group: The parent entity, Hawk GmbH and its various subsidiaries - Accounts receivable: Posting invoices to the ERP, reconciling to the invoicing system, monitoring open items and allocating cash receipts - Accounts payable: Processing and reviewing incoming supplier invoices, ensuring applicable approval flows are adhered to - Bank & payments: Posting transactions from various bank account into the ERP and reconciling between them. Executing payment transactions - Expense Reports/Reimbursements: Reviewing and processing employee travel and business expenses across the organization - GL reconciliations: Posting of transactions and maintaining a reconciliation status for all balance sheet items, including; fixed assets, accruals, prepayments, deferred revenue, accrued revenue etc. - Financial Reporting: Assisting in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and monthly management reports - Ad-Hoc Reports and Projects: Generating reports and participating in various projects as needed - Statutory compliance: assist in the filing of various corporate tax/VAT submissions including local statutory filings, with the help of specialist tax advisors   Your Profile - 3-5 years of experience in bookkeeping / accounting, ideally in a fast-paced company - Well organised and a structured thinker, reliable and motivated - Responsible, flexible, and goal-oriented - Detailed knowledge of finance accounting systems / ERPs - Very good MS Excel skills - Exposure to process automation - Excellent English language skills & comfortable working in an international environment (German not required, but would be a plus
