Account Officer
Manage employee administration and databases for outsourcing projects
Handle employee administration and databases including BPJS, attendance, and payroll for outsourcing projects. Conduct induction and onboarding for new employees and maintain end-to-end recruitment processes. Support client maintenance and workforce placement services across various industries as part of business process outsourcing operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle employee administration and databases including BPJS, attendance, and payroll
- Conduct induction and onboarding for new employees

- Manage outsourcing team operations and back-office MPO/BPO processes
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any major
- 2-3 years of experience in outsourcing or FMCG projects
- Experience managing outsourcing teams
- Understanding of back-office MPO/BPO processes
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Proficient in MS Office with advanced Excel skills
