Account Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead project delivery from brief to final output for oncology-focused medical publications
• Coordinate with medical writers, editors, and scientific teams to ensure accuracy and timeliness
• Liaise with clients to understand requirements and provide regular project updates
• Manage timelines, budgets, and resources across multiple concurrent projects
• Ensure compliance with industry best practices and internal quality standards
• Support the planning and execution of publications such as abstracts, posters, and manuscripts

Requirements

• Experience in account management or project coordination within medical communications or healthcare
• Strong understanding of the oncology therapeutic area and medical publication processes
• Excellent client-facing and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in project management tools and standard office software
• Experience working in hybrid or remote environments with global teams
