Key Responsibilities

Drive adoption of DoneDiligence Virtual Data Room across European markets
Engage M&A advisors, private equity funds, and corporate finance teams
Promote the AI-powered features including automatic document indexing and buyer query responses
Support expansion of a platform designed to surface missing or inconsistent deal items early

Requirements

Experience selling to M&A advisors, private equity, or corporate finance teams
Familiarity with Virtual Data Room (VDR) solutions or deal workflow tools
Ability to work remotely with a global team across time zones
Experience in technology or SaaS sales, preferably in fintech or legal tech
