What You Will Do (Your Mission) You will rotate through key functions to understand end-to-end shipping and logistics operations while delivering measurable business outcomes. Rotations may include: Shipping Operations & Vessel Network: scheduling support, network efficiency, service reliability initiatives Logistics & Warehousing: process improvement, productivity, inventory flow, hub performance Commercial / Key Account Management: customer solutions, pricing insights, retention and growth plans Supply Chain Solutions / Project Logistics: solution design, SOP development, implementation support Finance & Business Performance: cost-to-serve analysis, P&L drivers, operational KPIs Digital & Process Excellence: data-driven improvements, automation opportunities, dashboarding, SOP redesign Responsibilities: Lead improvement projects (cost, time, service quality) with clear KPI targets Analyze operational/commercial data and translate insights into action Work closely with leaders across business units and frontline teams Present findings and recommendations to management Support change implementation—from idea to execution on the ground Build a strong understanding of safety, compliance, and operational discipline in logistics What You'll Learn (Real Skills, Real Exposure) How a maritime logistics network runs—end-to-end (port to customer) How to improve performance using data, KPIs, and operational problem-solving How to manage stakeholders and influence without authority How to design practical solutions and implement them in real operations How to become a future leader in a complex, fast-paced industry Who Were Looking For We're looking for curious, driven, adaptable talents who learn fast and execute even faster. Requirements: Fresh graduate or max 1–2 years of working experience. Bachelors/master's degree in Business, Naval Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Supply Chain, Maritime from well-known university in China, Singapore, Hongkong and Malaysia. Strong communication skills in English & Mandarin. Comfortable working with numbers and structured thinking. Willing to be placed/rotate across locations in Indonesia & Oversea Branches (as required by business needs).
