In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring accurate daily cash and digital asset visibility while managing the operational mechanics behind our liquidity, loan sale, and reporting processes.&nbsp; Additionally, you will be responsible for executing critical funding activities and supporting operational payment workflows that keep Figure running smoothly.&nbsp; You will work closely with Finance, Capital Markets, Product, and Legal teams to maintain strong treasury controls and help scale our proprietary financial infrastructure. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments and wants to work at the intersection of traditional finance and blockchain technology.</p> <p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p> <ul> <li>Prepare cash and inventory reporting across entities to ensure total liquidity visibility, in support of short term actions and longer range forecasting</li> <li>Monitor and reconcile daily bank balances and transaction activity across all operating accounts</li> <li>Perform daily cash positioning to ensure compliance with liquidity requirements for funding, vendor payments, and operational processes</li> <li>Execute cash movements, including wires, ACH transfers, and internal account allocations, adhering to approval protocols and SOX controls</li> <li>Manage funding operations for loan sales while ensuring strict compliance with legal agreements</li> <li>Support vendor payment processing, including wire initiation, callback confirmations, and oversight of wire templates</li> <li>Collaborate with the Accounting department on month-end close processes related to funding and sale activities</li> <li>Own and communicate weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports as required by legal agreements</li> <li>Partner with Product, Data, Engineering and Legal teams to streamline cross-functional data collection and resolve outstanding financial queries</li> <li>Reconcile loan and collateral data to ensure accuracy across internal systems and blockchain records</li> <li>Continuously improve existing workflows to increase the scalability and efficiency of our financial operations</li> <li>Contribute to the company’s capital raising initiatives, including debt financings</li> </ul> <p><strong>What We Look For</strong></p> <ul> <li>3+ years in the financial services industry with specific experience in funding, treasury, or financial operations</li> <li>Ability and willingness to work Eastern Standard Time (EST) business hours</li> <li>Experience maintaining treasury management software (TMS) or complex enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems highly preferred (especially experience with Kyriba)</li> <li>Experience with cash forecasting highly preferred</li> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Accounting, Finance, or a related field</li> <li>Intermediate to advanced Excel skills with the ability to pick up new platforms such as Tableau</li> <li>Transparent communication and strong relationship-building skills to effectively work with cross-functional partners</li> <li>Proven organization skills and the ability to prioritize and adhere to deadlines in a fast-paced environment</li> <li>Strong attention to detail and the analytical skills needed to work with limited direction</li> <li>Ability to perform and thrive in a startup environment where you are often building processes from scratch</li> <li>Curiosity and drive to learn about blockchain and help out where needed</li> <li>Adhere to all company security policies and data handling procedures.</li> <li>Complete mandatory security awareness training within required timeframes.</li> <li>Promptly report any suspected security incidents or suspicious activity to the Security team.</li> </ul> <p class="p1"><strong>Salary</strong></p> <ul class="ul1"> <li class="li1">Base Compensation Range: $76,500-$103,500yr</li> <li class="li1">25% annual bonus target, paid quarterly&nbsp;</li> <li class="li1">Company equity in the form of RSUs</li> </ul> <p>This is the compensation range for the role in the United States. Actual compensation may vary based on a candidate’s experience, skills, location, internal equity, and evolving business needs.
