Technical Business Analyst
Analyze network service requirements to design scalable cloud connectivity solutions
As a Technical Business Analyst at Megaport, you will analyze business and technical requirements for Network as a Service solutions. You will work with stakeholders to translate needs into functional specifications for cloud, data center, and enterprise connectivity. Your deliverables will include requirement documents, process maps, and solution designs that support Megaport’s NaaS platform.

- Gather and analyze business and technical requirements for network services

- Support solution validation and acceptance testing with stakeholders
Requirements
- Experience in business analysis or technical analysis roles
- Understanding of network services, cloud connectivity, or data center technologies
- Ability to gather and document functional and non-functional requirements
- Experience working with stakeholders across technical and business domains
- Familiarity with requirement modeling tools and techniques
- Strong communication and analytical skills
