Requirements
- Experience in strategy, operations, or business scaling in tech or financial services
- Strong analytical and process improvement skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, remote environment
- Experience in Southeast Asian markets or emerging financial ecosystems is a plus
- Comfortable working in ambiguous environments and driving initiatives from concept to execution
