Requirements

  • 7+ years of related professional experience in analytics or data science
  • 2+ years of experience focusing on product analytics
  • Deep understanding of product analytics metrics (conversion, churn, engagement, retention, LTV)
  • Strong experience working directly on A/B testing including experiment design and results interpretation
  • Advanced technical expertise with modern data stacks (dbt, Airflow, etc.)
  • Proficiency with data visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, Hex, etc.)

About the Role This role will be an analytical engine behind data-driven decision-making in one of Rula’s Product pods. As an individual contributor, you will partner with senior leaders across Product, as well as teams in Data Engineering, Finance, Clinical, and Operations, to take ownership of generating insights and recommendations that shape strategy for product roadmap using data. You will translate broad questions into actionable research and discovery plans, perform proactive data exploration to identify actionable insights, and communicate results in a compelling manner. You will model the impact of new features, determine success criteria, and drive experimentation to evaluate new launches. Your work will grow the platform by driving improvements to our provider experience, quality, and ability to balance our marketplace. Required Qualifications - 7+ years of related professional experience in analytics or data science role, with 2+ years of experience focusing on product analytics - Deep understanding of product analytics metrics (e.g. conversion, churn, engagement, retention, LTV) and proficiency translating metrics into actionable insights - Strong experience working directly on A/B testing, including experiment design, deployment, and results interpretation - Advanced technical expertise with modern data stacks (i.e. dbt, Airflow, etc.) and data visualization tools (i.e. Looker, Tableau, Hex, etc.) - Demonstrated ability to work with non-technical cross-functional stakeholders Preferred Qualifications While having the preferred qualifications enhances your candidacy, having all of them is not mandatory.
