Own Linux and Ansible automation for 10,000+ Odoo instances
As a Senior Platform / DevOps Engineer at Cloudpepper, you will own the Linux and Ansible automation layer supporting over 10,000 Odoo instances. You'll also contribute backend work in Symfony/PHP to maintain and scale the platform. The role requires CET overlap for remote work or presence in Brussels, with a focus on shipping reliable infrastructure over documentation.

Stack: Symfony/PHP, Ansible, Linux, PostgreSQL, Nginx, Python. This is a senior role that spans both sides of the platform: backend work in Symfony/PHP, and ownership of the Linux + Ansible automation underneath. You'll be the person making sure the whole thing keeps humming as we scale. We're a small team with high ownership and very little bureaucracy — if you like shipping over slide decks, you'll fit in.
