Senior Payroll Implementation Specialist - NL & Belgium

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the full payroll implementation lifecycle for NL and Belgium clients
• Ensure payroll setups are compliant with local regulations and accurate
• Manage configuration, testing, and go-live phases of payroll systems
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather requirements and resolve issues
• Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting for payroll processes

Requirements

• Proven experience in payroll implementation or administration
• In-depth knowledge of Netherlands and Belgium payroll laws and regulations
• Experience with end-to-end payroll system configuration and testing
• Strong project management skills to oversee implementation timelines
• Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and clients
