People who love being part of a fast-moving, fast-thinking growth company. And people who care—about each other, about UiPath, and about our larger purpose. Could that be you? Job Overview The Partner Sales Manager is a core business growth role responsible for end-to-end ecosystem partner development and revenue growth. Differentiated from traditional channel sales roles, this position requires dual capabilities: excellent partner business driving & empowerment experience, and independent direct customer development & full-cycle order closing ability. You will manage all types of UiPath partners, drive partner capability building and collaborative business expansion. Meanwhile, you will independently explore enterprise end-customers, deliver solution sales, and secure orders to build a dual growth model of channel partnership + direct sales breakthrough, accelerating the large-scale implementation of UiPath enterprise intelligent automation solutions in local markets. Key Responsibilities 1. Full Lifecycle Partner Management & Performance Delivery • Take charge of key partner recruitment, signing, onboarding, training, empowerment and daily operation for all categorized partners in assigned regions. • Develop personalized growth plans for key partners, match internal resources, track partner development progress regularly, and ensure the delivery of annual channel sales targets. • Optimize regional ecosystem layout, improve partner loyalty and delivery capability, and build a healthy, high-growth partner system. 2. Joint Business Growth & Channel Sales Execution • Collaborate with partners to formulate regional market expansion strategies, industry penetration plans and go-to-market activities, including industry salons, product roadshows and technical training. • Track channel sales data and partner performance, conduct regular business reviews, and optimize channel sales strategies continuously. • Deepen partner cooperation, expand industry scenario coverage, and drive sustainable incremental revenue from channel business. • Coordinate partners to assist project delivery and post-sales service for customers, build long-term stable customer relationships, and realize repeated orders and incremental business. • Break through key enterprise customers independently, complement channel business with direct sales performance, and realize dual-driven growth of channel and direct business. • Collaborate with pre-sales, product, delivery, legal and finance teams to provide full-link support for partners and end customers, ensuring smooth project implementation. 3. Market Insight & Strategy Iteration • Continuously track market trends, customer demands and competitor dynamics in the RPA and enterprise intelligent automation industry. • Output regular market analysis and partner operation reports, adjust regional business and partner policies dynamically to adapt to market changes. Job Requirements 1. Basic Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science or related fields is preferred. • 5+ years of B2B enterprise software sales experience, with proven experience in AI, RPA, SaaS, enterprise automation, ERP/CRM and other enterprise-level software industries is highly preferred. • Familiar with mainstream channel cooperation models including Reseller and ISV, with mature experience in full-lifecycle partner management. • Proven track record of complete enterprise project full-cycle sales experience. • Fluent in Mandarin; proficient English as working language; fluent Cantonese is a plus for Hong Kong market candidates. • Valid work permit for Chinese Mainland / Hong Kong, able to accept regional business travel. 2. Core Competencies • Dual capability of channel operation and direct sales: good at activating partner resources, meanwhile capable of independently expanding high-quality customers and breaking through performance targets. • Excellent customer demand insight, solution presentation and business negotiation skills, able to cope with complex enterprise sales scenarios. • Strong data analysis and business iteration capabilities, able to optimize sales and partner operation strategies based on business data. • Outstanding cross-team communication and resource coordination ability, efficient in solving business pain points and project problems. 3. Personal Traits • Strong result-oriented mindset, high self-motivation and pressure resistance, able to proactively drive business growth and target delivery. • Good market acumen and business initiative, sensitive to enterprise customer needs and industry opportunities. • Integrity, strong sense of responsibility and compliance awareness, able to maintain long-term stable partner and customer relationships. • Quick learning ability, able to quickly master product technologies and industry solutions, and adapt to dual-market operation rules of Chinese Mainland and Hong Kong.   Maybe you don’t tick all the boxes above—but still think you’d be great for the job?
