Develop customer marketing strategies to drive product adoption and retention
As a Senior Customer Marketing Manager at Twilio, you will develop and execute marketing strategies focused on customer engagement, product adoption, and retention. You will work closely with product, sales, and customer success teams to create targeted campaigns that highlight customer success stories and drive expansion opportunities. This role is fully remote and part of Twilio’s global, remote-first workforce.
