Key Responsibilities

• Own high-priority recruitment searches across EMEA and global markets
• Support recruitment for roles that enable TRM's AI-powered intelligence platforms
• Contribute to hiring for teams building tools used to trace illicit activity and disrupt crime networks
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements for international positions
• Manage full-cycle recruitment for priority roles in public and private sector focused teams
• Ensure recruitment efforts align with TRM's mission to make the world safer and more secure

Requirements

• Experience in international recruitment
