As a People Ops Partner at Sardine, you will build and scale people operations processes to support a global remote workforce. You will work closely with leadership to design and implement HR initiatives that align with the company's mission to fight financial crime through its agentic risk platform. Your role will focus on creating efficient, compliant, and people-first systems that enable Sardine to grow its distributed team effectively.
